Efforts focus on increasing the enrolment and retention rates of learners in targeted schools, ensuring equitable access to education for all children, regardless of their circumstances. Special attention is given to reducing gender disparities, fostering equal opportunities for girls and boys. Additionally, ICIO works to improve the quality of education by implementing innovative teaching methods, training educators, and enhancing learning environments.

Improving Enrolment and Retention Rates
ICIO has a special program to increase enrolment and retention rates in targeted primary and tertiary schools by addressing barriers to education, creating supportive learning environments, and providing resources to ensure students can attend and complete their education successfully.

ICOI strives to reduce gender disparity in primary schools by promoting equal access to education, addressing cultural and socioeconomic barriers, and empowering girls through awareness campaigns and supportive educational programs.
At ICIO, we enhance pupils’ cognitive and interpretation skills by actively engaging them in debates and speech contests, fostering critical thinking, effective communication, self-confidence, and the ability to analyze and articulate ideas clearly.
